VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Deoncesay: I am a sophomore at Shawnee High School. I am on the volleyball, basketball, and track teams.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Deoncesay: I would go to Bora Bora and I would take my mom.

VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?

Deoncesay: Street tacos.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?

Deoncesay: Take risks because being scared won’t get you nowhere.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?

Deoncesay: Mr. Madonna because he is alway positive and energetic.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?

Deoncesay: Ayden Ringwald is very humble and hardworking.

VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?

Deoncesay: Making it to state as a freshman.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?

Deoncesay: That you don’t have to be perfect all the time, and it’s ok to fail sometimes.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?

Deoncesay: The support from my teammates and the memories I get to create.
