VYPE: What grade are you currently in and how long have you been playing football?

Logan Skelton: I am a sophomore and I have been playing football for 11 years now.

VYPE: What are your plans after you graduate?

LS: I plan on either playing in the NFL or becoming a mechanical engineer.

VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life and why?

LS: A big influence would probably be my dad because he has always believed in me and brought me up when I was down.

VYPE: What is your favorite memory from a game?

LS: My favorite memory was from last year in our game vs. John Marshall, that is where I got my first varsity sack.

VYPE: Who is your favorite football player (college or pro) and why?

LS: My favorite player currently is Chris Jones because I believe that he is the best defensive tackle in the league currently.

VYPE: What rule do you think they should change in high school football?

LS: The “no tinted visors” rule. 

VYPE: What do you do to get mentally prepared before a game?

LS: I listen to music and think about making the big plays that would change the course of the game.

VYPE: What is the craziest thing you have seen on the football field?

LS: The craziest thing I’ve seen on a football field was someone’s arm broke in what looked like three different places.

VYPE: What other groups or clubs are you involved in at school?

LS: I am in wrestling.
