OFFENSE

Harrah enters the new season with a wealth of experience, spearheaded by 14 seniors. “We have a ton of experience coming back this year with 14 seniors leading the charge,” said head coach Chris Bliek. The Panthers will run an 11-personnel base formation, emphasizing a strong running game complemented by vertical shots. Senior quarterback Joey McLaughlin (6-3, 200, Sr.) leads the offense, boasting 17 total touchdowns and over 1,000 yards. Running back Titus Walker-Johnson (5-8, 175, Sr.) is a key player with 11 total touchdowns, while wide receivers Braeden Palmer (5-8, 155, Sr.) and Travis Taber (5-8, 150, Sr.) add depth to the passing attack. The offensive line is anchored by Quinton Lawson (6-3, 215, Sr.) and Connor Barton (6-2, 215, Sr.). With eight returning starters, the Panthers’ offense aims for a balanced and potent performance.

DEFENSE

Defensively, the Panthers will operate from a 3-4 base, designed to play downhill, and incorporate frequent blitzing. “We’re also excited about our defense and the strength they will bring to the team,” Bliek commented. The defense features standout players like defensive lineman Joe Sager (6-2, 210, Sr.) with 25 tackles and 12 TFLs, and linebacker Rance Ridley (5-10, 181, Sr.) who adds 15 solo tackles and 9 TFLs. Other key players include linebacker Heath Whitmore (5-9, 200, Sr.), defensive back Cash Flint (5-7, 150, Sr.), and three-year starter linebacker Braden Barber (5-11, 175, Sr.). With nine returning starters, the Panthers’ defense is set to be a formidable unit, utilizing aggressive tactics and solid fundamentals. Assistant coaches include Jason Miller, Taylor Platt, Thomas Johnson, Ricky Bliek, Robert Combs, Rece Wilhelm, Andrew Pierce, Carlos Gomez, and Kolton Hodges.
